One of our clients located in Canning Vale are seeking a Supervisor/Manager with experience working within the Food Industry.
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation ensuring all fresh products are distributed to their client in a professional and timely manner, as well as overall leadership and coordination of the team.
Your duties will include:
- Supervision of food preparation and production activities.
- Coordination of food production activities by liaising closely with team leaders.
- Ensure that the team meets quality KPI's.
- Proactively manage your team's performance including training and coaching.
- Monthly/Weekly work allocation planning, staff roster and scheduling.
- Creation of various reports.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:
- Previous Manager/Team Leader experience in the food industry.
- Excellent time management skills required.
- Strong People leadership skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications would be highly desirable.
- Knowledge of equipment to troubleshoot any site breakdowns.
