The Role
We are currently looking for a Control Systems Project Lead who will oversee control and automation projects throughout their entire lifecycle. This entails managing stages such as Order of Magnitude, Pre-Feasibility, Feasibility, and Execution. Your responsibilities will involve drafting scopes of work, evaluating project outcomes, interacting with various stakeholders, and directly supervising engineering service providers during the design and implementation phases of these projects.
Hourly rate : $98 + super
About you
- Extensive expertise in selecting, designing, and implementing control systems and instrumentation equipment;
- Proficiency with various PLC and DCS platforms, with a particular emphasis on Rockwell, Schneider, and Honeywell systems;
- Familiarity with Australian Standards and Legislation relevant to control systems;
- Track record of involvement in projects from initial study phases to final execution;
- Experience conducting factory acceptance testing and on-site acceptance testing; and
- Excellent written communication skills for preparing reports, scopes of work, and other project deliverables.
