Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager is tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for the business, ensuring alignment with overall customer experience goals. This role includes overseeing operational aspects of the ecommerce channel and digital marketing efforts to maximize website traffic, sales, profit conversion, and CLTV. Leading a team with evolving skills, you will adopt a hands-on approach to support their growth and success.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as merchandising and planning, will be essential to drive revenue growth and enhance the brand's online presence.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead targeted marketing strategies and customer segmentation initiatives to broaden customer demographic reach and drive customer acquisition efforts.
  • Enhance customer experience by implementing personalised marketing campaigns and optimising touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
  • Drive growth in eCommerce and digital sales, collaborating on strategic opportunities.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to encourage innovation and forward-thinking.
  • Ensure implementation and execution of the strategic plan with detailed action plans.
  • Streamline marketing operations, balancing strategic projects with BAU activities.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and peers to drive collaboration.
  • Strategically lead and participate in goal planning sessions, contributing to business growth.
  • Analyse market trends daily.
  • Provide strong leadership to guide the team through challenges and coach them to achieve performance targets.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Leverage expertise in eCommerce and digital media for commercial success.
  • Influence critical business decisions and shape the future of the marketing department.
  • Campaign management including planning and implementation.
  • Manage media agencies and suppliers.
  • Evidence based customer-centric decision making



Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years leading a marketing team, preferably retail or direct to consumer environment with an omnichannel approach.
  • Demonstrated success in developing digital platforms for sales growth and customer acquisition.
  • Expertise in eCommerce strategy development and management.
  • Proficiency in SEM, SEO, email marketing, CRM, social media, and influencer management.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and ROI optimisation.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Innovative problem solver with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
