- Actively participate in shaping the future roadmap of marketing requirements for automated campaigns. - Leveraging customer insights from Data Science, analytics, finance and competitor trends, to develop rewards contact strategy and annual go-to-market plans. - Deliver strategic approach for automated and manual Trade Driving campaigns in an omni-channel environment - Partner with Commercial, Strategy, Marketing, Store Ops and Content teams to develop strategy and communication plans to drive customer loyalty - Delivering stable financial and base health results using Automation while ensuring all creative and brand support needs are catered for.
