Your new role

Your new role as Administration Officer will be responsible for duties not limited to:

  • Customer service, including inbound and outbound calls for maintenance requests
  • Triaging maintenance according to agreed priority
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email
  • Managing email inboxes
  • Reviewing applications for housing modifications
  • Reviewing and processing incoming invoices

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience providing customer service over the phone
  • Ability to be empathetic to customers' circumstances
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal
  • Previous experience in managing invoices
  • Property maintenance experience would be highly regarded
  • An NDIS Workers Check is required for this role
