Your new role
Your new role as Administration Officer will be responsible for duties not limited to:
- Customer service, including inbound and outbound calls for maintenance requests
- Triaging maintenance according to agreed priority
- Responding to customer enquiries via email
- Managing email inboxes
- Reviewing applications for housing modifications
- Reviewing and processing incoming invoices
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Previous experience providing customer service over the phone
- Ability to be empathetic to customers' circumstances
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Previous experience in managing invoices
- Property maintenance experience would be highly regarded
- An NDIS Workers Check is required for this role
