ARRCS are actively sourcing a skilled People and Culture Officer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in Darwin, this busy and rewarding role will see you working and supporting our Home Care and Top End Aged Care teams by taking management of all new starters onboarding and compliance and, responding to the operational daily queries to People and Culture (HR).

In addition, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of our monthly orientation successful candidate will ideally have a background in generalist HR duties or senior administration.

They will be highly organised, have strong computer skills, enjoy problem solving and be comfortable to work independently with minimal supervision.

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or similar discipline would be highly regarded. In addition, prior experience within the health or not for profit industries are preferred however, not essential.

Strong and confident interpersonal skills to liaise and build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels across the company.

This role requires organisational skills and the ability to be agile and multitask, often at short notice.Ability to travel to remote locations of the NT, often with overnight stays.

Strong Microsoft Office Suite With excellent experience utilising Microsoft Word and Excel.Possess excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
