We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Supply PM&E division!
The Junior Business Analyst will support the existing FCM Consulting hotel sourcing team in cleaning data, preparing client reviews in power bi and general administration in CVENT (online hotel sourcing platform).

A day in the life...
- Data Cleaning – Management of approximately 40 clients and their transactional hotel data.
- Normalising and correcting their; preferred, chain and non-preferred hotels, hotel name, city name and outlier transactions.
- Data may consist of FCM, CT, S&S and non-FCTG data.
- Report preparation – using standard consulting templates load cleaned client hotel data into reports, review accuracy of data and provide to the consulting team for further use.
- Diagnostics: Annually we receive up to 10+ requests to produce free to
hotel diagnostics. This would require the cleaning of hotel data and preparing basic PowerPoint presentations of results. - Client Reviews: For existing client programs, transferring results from the hotel reports into PowerPoint presentations.
- 3rd party benchmarking: Using Power Bi look at opportunities to further analyse data metrics* for FCM Consulting benchmarking (*Lanyon BAR Shopping, FCM Global ARR, FCM Global Contracts).
Who you are...
- Competent user of all Microsoft Office applications including, Power BI and Excel.
- Keen understanding in raw data/ or the eagerness to learn.
- Travel industry experience is an asset.
