Your new role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Customer Experience Consultant.

This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

As a member of the Customer Experience Business Unit, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to and solving customer interactions at first contact or directing the interaction to the appropriate business unit for resolution.
  • Consistently delivering a high quality of customer service to our customers.
  • Promoting the Contact Centre's role and services.
