Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

Position Profile: We are seeking a Lead HR Consultant. This role is responsible for effectively leading and managing the human resources consultancy service across the department. Provides strategic advice and supportive service to management on complex human resource and employee relations matters including the correct application and interpretation of industrial instruments, departmental and public sector policies and related legislation.
