The Role
- Proactively track, manage and collate agendas, schedules and documentation for a number of high level Defence Committees
- Coordinate Military Workforce Design Division inputs, briefings and talking points for workshops, working groups and higher-level Defence committees.
- Engage with various stakeholders to collate information, manage competing tasks and meet committee deadlines.
About our Team
The Workforce Design & Integration Directorate are part of the newly established Military Workforce Design Division. The team's mission is to lead ADF input into workforce capability and growth plans and integrate organisation fundamental inputs to capability across all Domains, to ensure the Future Integrated Force is designed to be affordable, achievable, sustainable and integrated. The small team has a mix of APS and ADF personnel and offers a friendly, flexible and supportive environment where your expertise will be valued and integrated as part of the whole team. You will play a key role in contributing towards Defence strategic workforce outcomes.
Our Ideal Candidate
- You will be a self-starter who is comfortable being accountable for organising your own workflow and communicating and engaging with numerous stakeholders to achieve results.
- Attention to detail and an ability to manage competing tasks is imperative.
- Previous experience and understanding of higher level Government or Defence Committees would be an advantage.
