The Role
As a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist you will partner with our in-house operational team to deliver end to end recruitment for a range of roles across key account.
The role is based around Sydney Region, NSW.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a key client, sourcing suitable, high-quality candidates and actively building talent pools.
- Support and guide internal stakeholders in their requirements.
- Supported by internal staff and resources, ensure all pre employment requirements are met.
- Source candidates across Australia for exciting new contracts.
Skills & Experience
- Significant high volume recruitment experience in in-house or within agency
- Experience using internal recruitment systems
- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment is essential
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team
- Excellent written and oral communications
