Alliance Labour Solutions is currently seeking talented GPS Excavator Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience operating heavy equipment with GPS technology, a thorough understanding of excavation techniques, and a dedication to delivering precise results while prioritizing safety.
Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator equipment with precision and efficiency, utilising GPS technology for accurate digging, grading, and trenching.
- Execute excavation tasks according to project specifications, ensuring proper depths, angles, and dimensions.
- Collaborate closely with project supervisors and managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols, fostering a culture of safety on the job site.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including equipment and surrounding spaces.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience operating excavator equipment with GPS technology.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Willingness to participate in training and certification programs as necessary.
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday roster.
- 10-hour day shifts.
- Work located in the Hunter Valley region.
