We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Client Service Officer at Myer in Perth, Western Australia.
As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities : 1.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to online clients via email, chat, and phone.2. Process online orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges in a timely manner.
3. Assist clients with product inquiries, order tracking, and general account management.4. Work closely with other departments to resolve any client issues or concerns.
5. Update and maintain client records accurately in the database.6. Assist in the development and implementation of online client service strategies.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.Requirements : 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
