Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing stakeholder relations with hotels and suppliers across Asia-Pacific. Building a holistic procurement strategy in line with the procurement transformation.
- Having an overarching influence on both indirect categories and direct procurement.
- Be curious in seeking and maintaining knowledge of relevant supply markets and commodity pricing movements.
- Introducing and monitoring suppliers' KPIs for key service categories, ensuring that all suppliers are meeting key sustainability and risk requirements.
- Manage the tender process in Scanmarket to ensure sure it aligns with the procurement strategy
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the procurement/supply chain industry, preferably within indirect categories.
- Excellent communication at multiple stakeholder levels with the ability to leverage relationships to deliver commercial outcomes.
- Tertiary education in Business, Procurement, Engineering, or project management.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ERP system experience (Ariba, SAP, Oracle Proc Cloud, Purchase Plus, etc.)
