Description:
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a well-known Australian brand for a 3-month contract as an Accounts Receivable Officer. This position is a high-volume environment and requires an immediate start!
Key Responsibilities:
- Integral part of the Finance team
- Receipting online orders
- Accurate bank reconciliation
- Allocations
- Uploading invoices and maintaining records
- Working closely with other departments such as sales, customer service, and finance to resolve issues
- Generating reports on accounts receivable performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end accounts receivable processes
- Prior experience in a high-volume environment
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Immediate availability to start
