Only About Children HawthornOnly About Children Hawthorn are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join the team. The objective of this role is to provide quality education & care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional partnership experience with our families. These objectives make up our core OAC offering to families called “The OAC Way”.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on Assistant Director working closely with the team to role-model best practice, quality environments, and meaningful connections.

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher qualification)
- Experience in a leadership role and examples of improving practices
- Knowledge of relevant Early Childhood frameworks & regulations
- Strong understanding of mandatory reporting obligations
- Working with Children Check
