Only About Children HawthornOnly About Children Hawthorn is a light filled, warm and inviting child care center that has 109 places across 5 rooms and 3 levels with onsite parking. Each age group has their own dedicated outdoor learning environments and ample space to explore and learn.
We are looking for an experienced campus director to join the team and continue to support the children, families, and team on their journey at OAC Hawthorn. You will have strong business acumen and proven success in providing quality education and care to the children in your campus, whilst providing an exceptional experience and meaningful partnerships with families.

Working in collaboration with key functional business partners in Operations, Education, People & Culture and Family Support - the Campus Director is accountable for management of the campus as a whole.

- Ensuring child safety and welfare at all times
- Being a positive role model by coaching and mentoring team members through Educational Leadership
- Ensuring ongoing, professional and timely communication between the campus and families
- Taking personal responsibility for modelling and driving our HEART values and leadership practices
