This is a fast paced role focusing on ensuring a service that is beyond clients expectations, this is an opportunity that will see you utilize meticulous buyer follow up to ensure strong competition. As a Sales Associate, your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Be the right hand person to this busy agent
- Diary Management/organise appointments
- Database management
- Prospecting: cold calling, letter box dropping
- Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
- Attending meetings with photographers, stylists and buyers
- Liaise with vendors and buyers
- Client care & buyer follow up
- Liaising with vendors and buyers, photographers etc
- Auction and open home preparation
- Negotiate sales
- You must be hungry and want a career in sales
- Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
- Immaculately presented and well groomed
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
