You will be efficient, precise, and attentive. On a daily basis, your duties will include:
- Supporting a high-performing Director
- Building community connections
- Running open inspections
- Strategic prospecting and cold calling
- Conducting follow-up calls
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
- Creating targeted and informative mailouts
- Coordinating pest and building inspections
- Assisting with advertising
The Candidate:
The successful applicant must be results driven. You will have exceptional attention to detail, outstanding priority management, and the ability to handle any task. Previous Real Estate experience is essential - you could be a qualified Leasing Consultant, Property Manager, or Sales Associate looking to take the next step in your career. Our ideal candidate will attribute:
- A current Certificate of Registration
- A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Possess a high standard of customer service
- Have strong knowledge of the local area
- Confidence and maturity
