As Australia’s leading crowd-sourced funding (CSF) platform, we connect innovative companies with passionate investors, helping them to reach their funding ambitions while offering unique investment opportunities. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Legal and be a key player in supporting the execution of successful campaigns in full compliance with the Australian CSF regime. Your core responsibilities will include offering expert legal advice to our campaign teams, overseeing the compliance of CSF offer documents, and innovating user experiences within legal frameworks. This role is perfect for an ambitious lawyer with a commercial mindset, eager to make a significant impact at the forefront of fintech and CSF.
