ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position entails being part of a collaborative team to work across projects including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare and Education. You will ensure a timely process whilst working with the rest of your team.
DUTIES.
- Take ownership of the design and development of cutting-edge electrical systems from concept to completion
- Lead a team of talented engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components into larger systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, efficiency, and reliability
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex electrical projects on time and within budget
- Previous experience in Building Services is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Deep understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
