The Opportunity We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Operator join a tight knit, like minded group of people whose mission is to "make tasks safer, more efficient and less labour intensive by the use of mobile plant equipment.
The RoleAs a Plant Operator you will be responsible for operating a variety of mobile plant machines in and around our rail network.
Plant types include but are not limited to : Truck / trailer combosExcavator (tracked / wheeled and with rail guidance)Front end wheeled loadersBackhoes, skid steers, graders and rollersRoad rail vehiclesRail machinery About YouTo be successful in this role we would like you to have the following attributes : Demonstrated commitment to Arc HSE management systemDemonstrated ability to operate the above machinery and a willingness to adapt skill set to rail specific tasksKnowledge of track rail infrastructure and safety principles (or on a training path)Basic computer skillsFirst Aid and CPR certificateHR licence with a view to acquire a HC licenceApplying our mission parameters in all of our tasks Become a subject matter expert and train others Working at Arc InfrastructureWorking with us means working in a team environment where each person and team is valued for the diverse skills, ideas and experiences they bring.
