Job Description : We are currently seeking a passionate and resourceful Contact Center Officer to join our team at Quintiles Transnational Holdings in Perth, Western Australia.
As an Associate Level position, the Contact Center Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality customer service standards and effectively managing communication with clients.
Responsibilities : 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing information, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
2. Utilize CRM systems to accurately document customer interactions and track progress on open cases.3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.5. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and company policies.
6. Assist in creating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.7. Contribute to the overall success of the contact center by actively engaging in team meetings, sharing insights, and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements : 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
