Job Description : Exxon Mobil is seeking a dedicated and independent Call Center Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
This is a part-time, remote work opportunity ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
Responsibilities : 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with product information.
3. Utilize project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.4. Negotiate and collaborate with customers to ensure optimal solutions are reached.
