Visteon is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
The ideal candidate will be resilient and energetic, with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.As a Chat Support Associate at Visteon, your responsibilities will include providing customer support through chat channels, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and escalating any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members.
In addition to excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
