- Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder/CEO, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements (work and personal)
- Prepare and distribute communications such as emails, reports and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Manage calendars, prioritise meeting requests, and ensure the Founder/CEO's schedule is effectively organised
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, such as conferences, exhibitions, and launches
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and various stakeholders, internally and externally
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within a fast paced growing company
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to various audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Highly professional and discreet, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
