The Role :
- Lead and streamline the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience at every stage.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective resourcing strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Drive initiatives for personal and professional growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Your profile :
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the resourcing sector.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with expertise in onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate HR needs and proactively address challenges.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field; HR certification is a plus.
