The Company :

Our client is a dynamic firm in the construction sector, committed to excellence and employee growth. As the HR business partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting out HR function with a focus on onboarding and nurturing talent throughout the employee lifecycle.

The Role :

  • Lead and streamline the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience at every stage.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective resourcing strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Drive initiatives for personal and professional growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Your profile :

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the resourcing sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with expertise in onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate HR needs and proactively address challenges.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field; HR certification is a plus.
