Our parks team is seeking a dedicated ParksMaintenance Operator to join our team.
As a Parks Maintenance Operator, you'll play a crucial role inensuring our parks and green spaces remain pristine and beautifulfor the enjoyment of the community.
You'll be at the forefront oflandscape perfection, operating top-notch machinery and masteringtasks like weeding, mulching, and planting.
If you've got a passionfor outdoor beauty and hands-on work, this is your chance to growwith us. What You Will Be Working On Operating trucks and 4WD sprayunits for park and reserve maintenance.
Utilising tractors and various 3-point linkage equipment asneeded. Undertaking horticultural and landscaping activities suchas earth working, mulching, weeding, pruning, planting, andspraying approved herbicides.
Using mowers, whipper snippers, andother small equipment for maintenance tasks.
What are we looking for
- Basic Worksite Traffic Management certificate
- Chainsaw Competency certificate
- First Aid certificate Experience in large scale parks maintenance
- Experience to operate a variety of horticultural plant and equipment in a safe and competent manner.
- Experience operating ride on mowers.
- Experience in using a powered spray unit.
- You must possess a current MR licence.
- Ability to obtain a current National Police Check and pass a pre employment medical.
