ETM Group holdings Pty ltd is an associated company of teh Go Ahead group .It provides a range of services tothe construction industry,across some large infrastructureprojects throughout Australia. The services include contract carpentry, interior fit--‐outservices and related construction services as well as traffic control.
In order to facilitate the branding of ETM Group holdings pty ltd and increase their market share, a full-time Marketing Executive is required to manage and maintain the entire process of marketing ETM’s services. This role facilitatesthe management and creationof content and communication required to promote and market ETM’s services
Tasks:
· Manage the research,design, andimplementationstrategies associated withmarketing ETM’s services online
· Organise resources to designand build new companywebsite, system integrations,content, and branding as per company specifications
· Advise management oncurrent market trends,client/applicant preferencesto attract the right applicants and clients to the website
· Engage and manageinternal and externalstakeholders toachieve project buy inand encourage involvement and feedback
· Work with passive andactive social mediaplatforms including Twitter,Youtube, Facebook, and Linked--‐In to in order to create brand awareness of ETM’s projects to increase the likelihood of tender success
· Develop the ETM group’soverall marketingrequirements including brandrefresh, internal style guides, and related marketing collateral
· Develop and launch anaggregated ETM tradespecific section to thewebsite to improve communications, engagement and work efficiency across multiple tenders
· Increase ETM group revenue through theenactment of effective
strategic marketing initiatives within thesocial media and online platforms
· Develop and execute the company’spublic relations schedule
· Design ad hoc documents , ads and banners
