Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated and driven Online Call Center Associate to join our team at in Perth, Western Australia.
As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service through our online call center platform.
Responsibilities : 1. Answering customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
3. Providing product information and assistance with orders.4. Upselling and cross-selling products to increase customer satisfaction and company revenue.
5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
7. Continuously learning about Amazon products, services, and policies to better assist customers.Requirements : 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center environment.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively persuade customers.3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
4. Proficient in using computer systems and online tools.5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
