Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for Call Centre Customer Service Officers to commence immediately on this temporary assignment, until the end of June. The head office is based in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be required to provide information and support to customers regarding policy and legislative guidelines as well as being involved in the assessment of customer requests. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer service calls and enquiries.
• First point of contact for customers to assist with enquiries through a multi-channel environment
• Maintain accurate records through assessing and processing customer requests and generating correspondence
• Adhoc administrative tasks

About You
This position is well suited to an outcomes focused and professional individual. You will ideally bring:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, particularly within the contact centre space.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Problem solving capability and experience objective handling.
