We currently have an opportunity for a HBOC Digital Services Leader to join our HBT business. You will be responsible for leading and directing all required activities to achieve regional deployment targets including cycle time and productivity. This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regional and branch alignment, adherence & standardization of Honeywell's Operational Technology (OT) Software and Connected solutions
  • Support, manage, and direct all of the activities required to successfully onboard existing and new service customers to our new digital operating model
  • Accountable for onboarding and maintaining all existing Forge sites to HBOC
  • Managing by influence to achieve changes that improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis

Experience & Capabilities:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience and expertise within technical or business field
  • Strong understanding of digital service operations and cybersecurity threats and solutions
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, and oriented toward achieving objectives · Operational Analysis
  • People management experience and ability to collaborate, direct and lead
  • Understanding of service operations and its metrics, besides good knowledge on service processes, systems and tools
