The Role:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of property managers, leasing agents to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, landlords, stakeholders to foster a positive and collaborative community atmosphere.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed
- Oversee and implement strategies & procedures
- Ensure KPI’s are met across the team
- Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele
- Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth
- Portfolio Management of around 100 Properties, conducting ingoings, outgoings & routine inspections
- Strong Property Managers looking for a Team Leader/ Department Head role will be considered
- Ideally have experience with managing & mentoring staff
- Motivating, innovative & driven to succeed
- Ability to prioritize your own and your team's time
- Conflict Resolution - highly experienced with NCAT and tribunals
- Lead a highly successful department!
- Develop team strengths and improve areas needing further development
- Current Real Estate Licence / Certificate of Registration
