Senior Property ManagerWorking with a prestigious brand, from their modern, clean and friendly high end office, with 2-3 days work from home, this is an opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to take up this opportunity as a Senior Property Manager.
With a friendly team of 15+ staff, a secure, established brand, staff events and a great work culture to boot!
Position only available as last Property Manager has finished up after many years in the company!
The role is nurturing and managing a portfolio of circa ~110 high end properties (apartments, houses, townhouses mostly) around the Double Bay area.
JOB DUTIES:
- Management of your own portfolio, ~110 properties, high end (negotiable)
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, admin, compliance
- Other administrative duties, with admin & leasing consultants for support
Minimal weekends (as you have leasing support), using PropertyMe / Cloud Based systems with a cleaner than average database to work from!
WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary of $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Commissions (~10K on top)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Real Estate Certificate to work as a Property Manager
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end portfolio)
- Well presented and spoken skills
