ABOUT THE ROLE
The Settlements Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate and timely activation of the driver’s new lease. This includes issuing welcome emails, final documentation, and notice of lease commencements as well as ordering fuel cards and sending notifications of terminating leases.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely, accurate activation of new leases
- Manage the lease activation process in accordance with SG Fleet policy and procedures. Ensuring information is always maintained accurately and up to date
- Timely resolution and/or escalation of any issues preventing activation
- Effectively liaise with Financier to ensure all queries are resolved quickly
- Manage and ensure required paperwork is in order following sgfleet privacy requirements for the activation process to be completed and leases settled within the required time frame.

- High attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage priorities, and meet month end deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take responsibility for own work
- Ability to work in a team environment.
