A Project Director is sought by an established and reputable Tier 2 Builder, to manage $100 million worth of industrial construction projects.The Opportunity:
- Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on industrial construction projects from $20 million to $100 million
- You will be managing a major industrial construction project in the $80 - 100 million range, as well as overseeing 2 project teams on projects in the $20 - 30 million range.

- T/0 $350 million +
- Reporting to an office based State Manager
- Focus on construction projects in the $30 - 100 million range
- Established client base, with full order book of work for 2024/25 in excess of $250 million
- Modern offices, with close public transport links and abundance of close amenities
- A Construction Management Degree or similar
- Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager with a Tier 2 Builder
- Industrial construction experience is essential
- Procore and MS Project experience sought
- A steady career history and proven construction management background
- Solid people management experience, with ability to lead and inspire
