A Project Manager is sought by a busy Tier 2 Builder, to manage a $50 million industrial warehouse construction project, due to commence in June.
The Opportunity:

• Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on industrial construction projects from $20 million to $100 million
• Managing a $50 million industrial construction project
• $230k - $250K package circa
• Immediate start
• Long term permanent opportunity
• Inner Sydney based
• Opportunity to work for an established builder with growth potential

The Company:

• An established Tier 2 Builder
• T/0 $300 million
• Reporting to an office based State Manager, managing a Site Manager, Supervisor, CA and Cadets
• Focus on construction projects in the $30 - 100 million range
• Established client base, with full order book of work for 2024/25
• Modern offices, close to public transport and abundance of close amenities

You will have:

• A Construction Management Degree or similar
• Previous project management experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney
• Industrial or commercial construction experience on projects over $20 million is highly desirable
• Procore and MS Project experience sought
• A steady career history and proven construction management background
