We are on the hunt for our next Project Manager to join our vibrant and energetic team full-time at our head office in Epping, Melbourne.
Joining our Project Management team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet specified objectives while managing resources, risks, and communication.
As you step into this role, your focus will be on the following responsibilities:
Project Management
  • Effectively manage all internal/external stakeholders to deliver projects.
  • Engage with estimators to ensure accurate handover of project estimates.
  • Responsible for generating shop drawings that accurately reflect the requirements of the customer and project.
  • Be available to attend the site when required.
Sales Growth
  • Provide solutions to challenges presented by customers, builders, and architects.
  • Assist with project follow-up where required.
  • Meet with clients/customers to close sales opportunities and influence stakeholders when required.
  • Buy into and take ownership of agreed revenue targets for the projects team and overall sales team.
  • Analyse Windows-Of-Opportunity with existing customers and sell products they may purchase from elsewhere.
  • Promote new product lines to the existing customer base, building relationships with new clients, and establish their pricing structures.
  • Work in tandem with all departments to ensure all inquiries, orders, and issues are responded to promptly.
Requirements for the Role:
We are looking for someone with experience in the building and construction industry or similar. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the building and construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including resource management, risk assessment, and communication strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in generating accurate shop drawings and interpreting project specifications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for recording customer interactions and project details.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and company policies.
  • A passion for the construction industry and a drive to deliver exceptional results.

What are we offering you? You will receive an attractive salary circa $85,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience) PLUS super.
