- Hourly rate: $28.39- $29.32 base plus additional shift allowances + Super
The role:
As an experienced Care Worker, you will provide care to our customers living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life
- Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Ensuring their happiness by supporting their emotional wellbeing
To be successful you will need:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or similar)
- Empathy and dedication to the care of older people with a demonstrated commitment to meeting their needs
- Proven substantial experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
On boarding:
If your application is successful, you will be required to commence employment to our three day On-boarding Program. Our training is hosted by our internal clinical educators and will cover all things Warrigal. The essential skills that we cover will set you up for success that ensure our customers have the highest quality care.
