The role

You are responsible for successfully managing The Fields sales strategy and execution for all revenue generating platforms and services. This role is goaled on understanding market opportunities for all digital channels and ensuring effective plans are in place to meet financial targets.

Your aim is to ensure the organisation’s sales ambitions are realised. This will be achieved through clear understanding of our customer segments, our customer desires, and our business operational processes.

As a leader and manager, you will manage all Sales aspects for the business development team, with a keen eye on future growth opportunities.

Whilst we are somewhat flexible with location, our ideal candidate will be Sydney based and be based in our CBD offices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission
