Your Role: We're on the hunt for a seasoned E-commerce Customer Service Specialist to join our vibrant team. Under the guidance of our Customer Service Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating outstanding customer relationships, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
