A fulltime position is available for a dedicated individual to join our friendly team as an Office Administrator & Accounts in our workshop office.
Our progressive and busy calibration business is based in Sydney and we have branches at Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Hobart.
As the Accounts and Office Admin you will hold a pivotal position in maintaining the seamless operation of our business. This role offers an ideal opportunity for a well organised person with attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks at once. We will be looking for someone who can work autonomously, knows how to prioritise important tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling phone enquiries, actioning emails, data entry
- General office duties like filing, maintaining records, stationery supplies,
- Work in consultation with our onsite Co-Coordinator who is sometimes based remotely
- Provide admin support to management and other team members as required
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient accounting and office procedures
Your skills and experience
- 3 years Admin experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good relationship skills with strong verbal as well as written communication skills
- Intermediate understanding of accounts procedures
- Proficient Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Familiar with job management system TSM is an advantage but not essential
- Familiar with XERO is preferred but not essential
- Chinese speaking is preferred, but not essential.
