About you
Ideally, you will have a background in Customer Service within a call centre environment or within Transport and Logistics and are available to work across 3 shifts rotating on a weekly basis, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm
This is a high volume fast paced role that will require accuracy and an eye for detail.
About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming calls, providing excellent customer service
- Making outbound calls to follow up on deliveries
- Processing bulk customer orders
- Accurately entering data into Excel spreadsheets & Oracle database
- Resolving customer complaints
