Description:
Protech are looking an experienced Escalations Coordinator to perform work with our client, located in Wetherill Park on a fulltime permanent basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Immediate Start
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the point of escalation for Customer Care team members to resolve issues as required to ensure customers’ issues are dealt with, completed & finalized in a timely manner.
- Complete escalated customer enquiries in line with SLA’s
- Raise claims against suppliers for replacement
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent communication skills
- Liaise with other departments (eg Purchasing, Dispatch and Quality Control) to establish effective and relevant service support activities.
- Liaise and work with service technicians / contractors to ensure reports / outcomes are in line with expectations
- Assess severity of customer escalation issues with the appropriate sense of urgency
- General ad hoc duties
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years experience in a call centre environment (claims highly regarded)
- Customer service skills, ideally within the retail sector
- Demonstrated experience in working with customers to achieve outcomes
- Excellent communication skills & phone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of the retail industry highly regarded
- Full working rights - available to work on site Monday - Friday
