Description:

Protech are looking an experienced Escalations Coordinator to perform work with our client, located in Wetherill Park on a fulltime permanent basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Immediate Start
  • Full-Time
  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the point of escalation for Customer Care team members to resolve issues as required to ensure customers’ issues are dealt with, completed & finalized in a timely manner.
  • Complete escalated customer enquiries in line with SLA’s
  • Raise claims against suppliers for replacement
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent communication skills
  • Liaise with other departments (eg Purchasing, Dispatch and Quality Control) to establish effective and relevant service support activities.
  • Liaise and work with service technicians / contractors to ensure reports / outcomes are in line with expectations
  • Assess severity of customer escalation issues with the appropriate sense of urgency
  • General ad hoc duties

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2+ years experience in a call centre environment (claims highly regarded)
  • Customer service skills, ideally within the retail sector
  • Demonstrated experience in working with customers to achieve outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills & phone manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of the retail industry highly regarded
  • Full working rights - available to work on site Monday - Friday
