The Company

• Residential builder specialising in large-scale renovations, extensions and additions.
• Their typical build values are between $1m and $2m, with the aim of securing larger project in the future.
• Build locations include Bellevue Hill, Vaucluse, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Woollahra, Bondi, Mosman, Northbridge and Castle Hill.

About The Role

• The Site Manager / Foreman will oversee and manage a job site from start to finish.
• Salary between $120,000 and $160,000 plus super.

Duties

• Site management of trades.
• Quality assurance.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Scheduling trades.
• Ordering materials.
• Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
• Site progress reports.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.
• WH&S.
• Work on the tools when required.

Skills & Experience

• Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
• Experience of managing residential projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions.
