The Role
- Perform thorough financial analysis and due diligence on prospective real estate investment opportunities, encompassing market research, cash flow assessments, and risk evaluations.
* Create comprehensive financial models and forecasts to assess the viability and profitability of different investment scenarios. * Evaluate market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory shifts to pinpoint emerging opportunities and potential risks.
- Produce investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and investors.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of current investments, identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting strategies to maximize returns.
- Remain abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and optimal practices in real estate investment analysis.

Your Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

- Sound understanding of real estate investment principles, market dynamics, and risk management.
- Excellent research abilities and ability to gather and analyze data from various sources.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
