Rural & Regional Therapy Services (RAR) is a rapidly growing allied health business with locations across Australia. They are made up of a highly committed and friendly multidisciplinary team. RAR provide flexible delivery methods including mobile, on-site, and online services that aim to provide an easy access to quality therapy services. This is an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join the Darwin team! Due to continued growth, RAR Therapy now has multiple opportunities for Occupational Therapists (Paediatric or Adult caseloads) to join their dedicated and highly experienced team. - Provide comprehensive assessments
- Provide reporting & ongoing therapy to a wide range of clients, both children and adults
- Ensure clients are receiving the highest possible level of individualised service cross the domains of speech, language, voice, multi-modal communication, swallowing and fluent
- This will include home based evaluations, recommendations, Allied Health Assistant program development and coordinating group therapy programs as appropriate
- Formal qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA Registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current Ochre Card & NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate and encourage teamwork
NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
