- Completion of relevant assessments andtherapeutic interventions to assist participants in living safely and as partof the broader community.
- Maintenance of accurate, timely and confidentialclient notes and files in accordance with NDIS requirements and company policy·Active participation in the development andimplementation of programs, procedures and other initiatives to the support theorganisation achieve its goals in the provision of OT support and services·Continued development of knowledge, skills andcapability in providing OT services and support to people within the NDISframework·Delivery of cost effective and efficient use ofmaterials and other resources in accordance with financial authorities and relevant qualifications,skills and experience required for this position are as follows : ·Relevant tertiary qualifications which entitlesregistration as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian HealthPractitioners Regulations Agency (AHPRA)·Demonstrated experience in delivering qualityoutcomes while delivering professional services to people with disabilitiesand / or complex needs·Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsto positively engage with participants, team members and other stakeholders·Advanced analytical and problem solving skillsto effectively and efficiently deliver outcomes in accordance with client needsand the NDIS framework·High level written communication and reportwriting skills to assist in achieving quality outcomes·Capacity and willingness to work flexible hoursand in accordance with participant needs To Apply For applications to be considered, please include a cover letter setting out your atributes to be successful in this role and your resume detailing your relevant experience.
