Your Role
This is a newly created Marketing Coordinator position with the view of growing into a Marketing Manager position. You’ll be partnered closely with the Directors and coordinate and deliver the marketing plan to support the strategy and sales growth KPIs of the company. Typically, your duties will be to;

• Work closely with the Directors to develop marketing plans that fit with the annual company marketing budget
• Develop plans that meet the strategic goals for the company
• Coordinate all activities according to the marketing plans
• Coordinate branding development and maintenance
• Design and maintaining marketing literature and collateral
• Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and marketing effectiveness
• Project manage the website, website upgrades and social media content activities
• Develop brochures relating to products and services, themes and events
• Source regular customer feedback and NPS scoring activities
• Develop Marketing items as required to support Contractor and Subcontractor Premium Partnerships
• Promote and drive branding activities to foster Employee and Subcontractor engagement
• Run internal and external marketing campaigns
• Develop budget reports and ROI across all marketing platforms

Other Details
The position is Full-time, 38 hours per week and offers excellent career development for a potential Marketing Manager. The hours may be adjusted to suit an early start and early finish. Laptop included.
About You

• You are creative, passionate about branding and can work autonomously
• You care about people and understand the difference between selling and connecting
• You will have at least 5 years in a Marketing Related position, ideally associated with the Construction sector but not essential
• You will have an excellent ability to plan, organise and execute successful marketing plans with demonstrated ROI
• You will have relevant tertiary qualifications
• You’ll have a sound understanding of visual communications and design
• You will have suitable technical skills and computer skills
