About the role
We are currently seeking a Leading Hand to join our civil construction crew based at our Pimpama site.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor you will be required to manage daily operations including, Bulk and Final Trim Earthworks, Retaining walls, sewerage, stormwater, watermain, irrigation, electrical and communication pipework, construction of pavements, hard and soft landscape works.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have experience in the following:
- Experienced grade checker highly regarded.
- Must have flexible and rigid pavement construction experience.
- Plant Operation experience highly regarded.
- GPS Experience highly regarded.
- General Civil construction experience
- Effective communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Construction Induction white/blue card
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Motivation to learn and excel in this type of role.
